Qualifications:
 Must have participated in all phases of a standard project life cycle / SDLC and able to design, code, and test thoroughly and accurately
 Experienced in complex and large application systems that has online and batch process and involves multiple logical and physical layers
 Must be able to show evidence of participation in such projects or support of such systems
 Experienced in large corporations that have standardized development processes  Must be able to show evidence of adherence to strict development and architectural standards

Required Skills:
 Experienced with Windows Server 2003 SP2, 2008, IIS6, Active Directory, ADAM, LDAP, ADSI. MiiS/ILM
 Strong experience with Oracle, SQL Server (2000/2005), Mail Systems (Notes/Exchange), .NET Framework development (4+ Years), and Windows Server environments
 8 years of overall multi-tier application software development and Web architect experiences.
 Experience with Web Services (SOAP, WSDL), COM, Class Library, DLL, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), as well as Visual Studio Suite.
 Experience required in .NET development using C# .NET and ASP .NET, as well as development using SDK’s, API’s, Active X controls, components, class libraries, and DLLs.
 Experience with SQL Clusters and/or software/hardware clustering
 Experienced with Windows Authentication, security, membership and role management, portal development
 Experienced with Identity Management, Microsoft Identity Integration Server, BMC/Symphony Identity Management Solution for .NET plus
 Strong experience with BMC Identity Management Suite for .NET, Web Access Manager and Configuration Manager.
 Strong experience with Active Directory, MIIS/ILM, ADAM and LDAP.
 Experience with ADUC, ADSI, LDP and similar administrative tools

 Understanding of management agents, connectors/disconnectors, object types, attributes and other Metaverse components and principle

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. 8+ years of relevant technical experience, including systems analysis, design and implementation.

Business Technical Analyst

Summary:
Provide technical leadership in delivering and supporting application solutions for complex business requirements. Provide technical direction in the quality and delivery of business system commitments on schedule, within prescribed resource limits and in accordance with client requirements and departmental standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in and contribute to large, complex and diverse projects, with minimal guidance, own assigned tasks and assist with tasks assigned to others working on the same project. Partner with business and other IT teams to complete work. Mentor and train others. Resolve complex system problems. Participate in technical reviews.

 Design, implement and support advanced and diverse application solutions that address complex business requirements, following SDLC processes, application processes and quality validation (when appropriate) for large projects.
 Provide technical leadership for other application developers on all system development activities. Develop project plans and time estimates for tasks in a project. Train and mentor less experienced IT resources.
 Evaluate and recommend products and systems solutions in key application areas to IT management. Integrate applications into existing technical environment.
 Develop, prepare, review and document test requirements and test data for complex system testing.
 Provide support for production systems, and implement speedy resolutions in partnership with the business.
 Consult, recommend alternatives and participate with IT and business teams to help set strategic application direction related to business changes.
 Co-Lead the technical application architecture and system integration tasks. Participate in post-installation application reviews and lessons learned sessions. Develop standards or processes.
 Work cooperatively with technical or application personnel across IT to accomplish enterprise-wide goals. Identify and implement process improvements in the application architecture and/or infrastructure of the existing systems.
 Participate with the business or function in strategic, long-range planning for new or existing systems and technologies.
 Will be a part of the core team developing Enterprise Identity Management solutions
 Will configure, customize and implement programmatic elements of the campus Identity Management services as well as developing applications with BMC/Symphony API's, message handling and other technical aspects of interfacing with the Identity Management infrastructure
 Will Maintain and monitor IDM applications and their Web environment (Dev, Stage, Production servers) and Troubleshoot systems (log files, TNS ping, data connection, etc)
 Will implement various customer applications
 Will develop and customize various Database Components and class libraries for custom applications
 Will guide and direct project teams in the requirements gathering, design, and development of complex applications/programs.
 Will document standard operation procedure and technical specifications for software packages
 Will test application systems and servers by using unit test tools
