Business Analyst

Needed / Job Description :
The candidate will collect and document user requirements, develop functional
specifications, create and execute system test cases. Candidate will work
with the IT staff to deliver advanced and diverse technical solutions using
approved technologies and systems utilizing SDLC methodology.
- Liaison between business and
IT to provide assistance in scoping, planning, process definition, requirements,
design, testing (System Integration Testing - SIT & User Acceptance
Testing – UAT) and deployment phases of the Project.
- Collaborate with BA Lead to facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions
with Business SMEs to define processes, gather and document requirements.
- Work with Test Lead to drive development of test plans and test scripts
in collaboration with the customer resources. Responsible for cross-functional/
business integration testing.
- Define and articulate business rules required for data accuracy and consistency.
Identify and resolve data quality issues. Act as the primary contact for
the data management process.
- Create Visio documentation for the project.
- Assist Project Manager in any issues related to Project Management
